Description
Shattered World 2030 but with 1940 starting tech

I'm not a modder so can't say it's 100% perfect.
All I did was replace starting known technologies for each country using REGEX expressions.
Also, I set techlevel of each country to 40

changelog:
- Added Armed Trawlers variations to each country to throw some life at sea
- Updated technologies IDs that seems has changed since last game update

- Added Improved Power Grid (I-IV) tech to every country
- Added starting basic unit designs for every country - militia, infantry, recon and supply
- Fixed missing Poland Capital city

I have the same problem as Hermes, start the game, the whole map is empty no cities or anything, then it says Defeat. I thought it was because I didn't own the great war DLC but I bought it and it's the same.

I just published a guide on how to bulk edit techs and units in any scenario! Give it a try!

Can you make one for 2030 but with WW1 tech? I tried it myself and I just don't know how to do it.

Mod works fine for me, it needs to generate a cache file which it will do first time you start the scenario, maybe something was fixed from the game updates the last couple of months?

Damn guys I have no idea how to help you - I cannot recreate this issue. The only idea I have is - create yourselves a new scenario and paste the code from this one.
Even easier way would be to copy content from this mod CVP file to you own SW2030 CVP file. Don't forget about backup

Same problem for me, the game immediately shows that I lost then gives you the option to play on or exit game, if you play on you can't build as there is no population. I deleted my cache and re-sub but neither helped.

Try to remove cache file or resubscribe to this mod. I will look into it next week

i started as east Germany, but it said i lost. And every other nation , the game starts but, i have no control over no one, like if i where spectator and everything was cover in fog of war

But that would require map editing. I thought the easiest way would be to group some regions together so there's no idle regions. Maybe I will look into that once I'm back from holiday
