just adds chapter titles to chapter select

Note: Seems to cause issues with the Snootjam mod "THOSH" due to the developer mode not liking redefined labels, not terribly certain if I can do anything to fix it. Commenting (adding a # before) the config.developer line in THOSH_script.rpy seems to fix it.
