Description

Adds in an expansion to the Caravan Equipment, having you start out with simple Brahmin all the way to Pre-War Army Trucks! Brings it more in line with the rest of the OWB tech tree. Why would the NCR, Brotherhood, Santa Anna, Enclave, Loid's Ministry, and many more who have access to advanced vehicles and weapons still be reliant on the Pack-Animal Drawn Carts to supply their front line?

It is not a serious overhaul nor does it do anything fancy. Just adds a series of techs that buff your Supply Trucks and Logistics Companies.

As an added Bonus however, there are a series of Train Technologies that add some nice buffs to your nation as well!

NO I WILL NOT REPLACE THE TRUCK CONVOYS WITH TRAINS!

No, I will not replace the Caravan's themselves with trains! Caravan's are a distinct Fallout theme dating all the way back to Fallout 1. I don't want to lose that.

I can answer both:

Why roads over rails: It makes more sense as the bulk of the wasteland doesn't have the infrastructure to support large trains. But Caravans? Well that's a Wasteland Staple to the days of Fallout 1.

Why can't you build: If Im not mistaken it was a crash fix to get the mod to work with NSB, and right now it's more "Not broke, priority is elsewhere". If this is their reasoning I understand.

Abd for rivers: Theyre not removing them per say, just replacing them with HOI4 rivers in certainly areas like Mexico, which was notorious for its Rivers fucking up front lulines

Does anybody know what triggered OWB's devs so much about idea of railroads? Literally half the focus trees have "build/restore railroad/highway" as obligatory focuses. And nowadays they're removing a lot of rivers, which were essential for supply without ability to connect railways to new supply hubs. Currently we can build hubs, but can't connect them. So you can only use the one that you've build on existing railway. And it also means that a bunch of canibal cultists have the same road quality as NCR.
Sorry for rant, thx for mod. Gonna check it out.
