Run something like "sv_cheats 1; sv_infinite_ammo 1; mp_roundtime 99999999; mp_timelimit 99999999; mp_roundtime_defusal 99999999; mp_freezetime 0; mp_maxmoney 99999999; mp_buytime 99999999" in console for the map to be playable at the very least.

I designed this map in around 10 minutes and it was a joke for some friends.
