A Main Menu For Those Undertale Fans :D

KNOWN BUG:
The Main Menu Music Can't Be Changed In The Settings, Due To It Being Set As The Sound Slider.
I've Went Into The Mod And Changed The Volume Manually To Fix The Loudness...

[willow] [Follow up comment] i manually changed the volume for the mod and made it to around 25% volume... no clue why its not set the music slider instead of the sound slider.

this mod works, but one suggestion is that the menu music should be altered using the "music" volume slider, and not the "sound" slider
