deathrun_arctic port and remaster. Original map by KroM

THIS version of the map from CS:GO was taken as a basis. I also relied as much as possible on the original version from CS 1.6.

If you notice any bug, write about it in the comments (it is very difficult to look for flaws with only bots to test the map).

I also want to add a secret stage to the map. To open it you need to activate secrets, but I don't have a worthwhile idea for performing this stage, if you know a cool little 1vs1 stage from some other map, write about it in the comments, maybe I'll add it.
