No the soulstorm mods should work basically the same. And most mods will work for steam, the steam workshop just makes it really easy. Dont' worry about asking me questions, it's really no big deal.

sorry i keep bugging you but i saw you had soulstorm, and one pic of yours is the ironclad dread naught from the Firestorm over Kuaruva mod, how did you get that for the steam version, i thought the steam version didnt have mods and i didnt think that downloads of the internet worked on steam, i figured it had to be a steam mod to work on a steam game.

Hmm I'm not sure what's wrong with your game, I guess you could verify the game cache integrity but if you've already re-installed I doubt it will do much. Feel free to friend man.
