Male TKD practitioner is modeled after Ty from the 1990 video game Pit-Fighter.
Female TKD practitioner is modeled after Juri Han from the Street Fighter series.

I don't know if it's just me but her neck seems a little too wide and her mouth looks open all the time

A Juri skin was inevitable. I would've brought up Kim from Fatal Fury, but he's a little easier to pull off with the stock character.
