Script debug activator

Description
This is a tool designed for script modders that activates the script logging within the base game's script libraries.

Script outputs are sent to the Total War PHARAOH DYNASTIES game directory.

WARNING: Do not activate this mod unless you are specifically debugging scripts. It will spit out log files to your PC!
