I wanted to have a more immersive visual experience in Ready or Not, but without the need of (multiple) mods, achievement compatible and easy to use. So I played around with ReShade.
Although I absolutely love and recommend using the 'VHS' (or 'Ultra') preset, however if you notice drastic performance issues on your system, just try the other presets instead.

Regarding the FPS you will need some extra GPU performance. But the actual impact hardly depends on your overall system specs, ingame settings as well as your screen resolution! And with that in mind the following numbers are just a rough estimate for orientation:

• Body-Cam 'Normal': ~5% (~10% @4K)
  
• Body-Cam 'High': ~10% (~25% @4K)
  
• Body-Cam 'Ultra': ~17% (~35% @4K)

Extract the preferred, or simply all, *.ini files (those are the presets) from the zip archive into your Ready or Not game file directory:

1. Go to https://reshade.me/ and download the latest version.
2. Now execute and install the downloaded 'ReShade_Setup_6.X.X.exe'.
3. Follow the screenshots, if you're unsure on how to install ReShade properly.
3.1 First choose the game executable and then DirectX 10/11/12.
3.2 Skip the preset selection when asked, afterwards check all Effects Packages.
3.3 Finally press Finish and ReShade is installed successfully.

If ReShade is installed properly, you'll see a short notification at the top left of your screen every time you launch the game (as well as some visual artifacts if the ultra preset is enabled).
Steps
1. Ingame press 'HOME' / 'POS1' for enabling/disabling the ReShade Overlay
2. Do the short introduction tutorial for ReShade, or
2.1 Skip the tutorial go to settings 'tab' and set everything as shown in the screenshot.
2.2 By doing so you can control everything easily with F5 - F8.
2.3 Recommended: Enable (tick) 'Load only enabled effects', for faster loading times.
(only do 2.3 if all effects have been loaded successsfully at least once on game launch)
3. Finally you just need to choose a prefered preset and enable it.

The following screenshots were taken @5120x2133 (24:10) with Epic settings and DLAA enabled. If you like to compare the fps (upper left corner), have in mind that the expected performance impact will drastically be lower when using lower resolutions like e.g. 2560x1440. And btw those are only compressed jpegs, it is even better in motion.
