Replaces AKM.

Features:
- FP and world models
- VGUI
- Sound
- TLS world weapon bones
- glow-in-the-dark iron sight

- Uses dakrened MW viper textures instead of Denny/70R3H's pure black textures.
- Fixed world model's shading (removed phong for wm since it introduced lighting issues), removed foregrip and fixed magazine mesh
- Modified the overall lighting and phong
- Modified the sling connector so it doesn't clip into the right hand
- Removed the foregrip for the model and VGUI
- Moved muzzleflash positions
