[b41] Basic Needs Expanded

Description
[b41] BASIC NEEDS EXPANDED

B42 - NEWS

Hello everyone, the situation is as follows. MonkeyShark and I discussed some aspects of our mods together (they are very similar and essentially do the same things) and came to the conclusion that we will cooperate, we are both on the same wavelength, and if for any reason we stop working together, I will continue to work on this mod.

Thanks to MonkeyShark for cooperating with me.
Watch the collaboration here - https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3396456841

I'm currently working on a Framework for our mod.

ABOUT
This is a simple realistic mod that expands the basic needs of your character.
The mod adds:
  • Vomiting;
  • Urination;
  • Defecation;

QUESTIONS

Why can't I relieve myself?
There are two reasons for this;
  1. Most likely, this is due to the fact that the toilet in which you are trying to use “Looks” to the north or west. I could leave it on, but it looks terrible, so these objects have been disabled in my mod (temporarily);
  2. Your character just doesn't want to go to the toilet yet.

Settings
You can customize the mod to your needs only when playing in Sandbox mode (at the moment).
Sandbox Settings -> Basic Needs Expanded.

Compatibility
If you are using Defecation, Urination, Lifestyle with its recent update, or any other similar mod, you can disable some features in my mod.

For example, you use Lifestyle:
When creating a world in the sandbox settings, disable the function(s) of my mod, which in your opinion will interfere with your comfortable playing

@DoktorFar You can configure it in the sandbox settings so that the option is always available.

ok thanks. Im just trying to figure out if the mod is something for me. I like the idea of relieving yourself, like peeing and defecation. But the arbitrary "I don't want to right now" for seemingly no reason is not something I want. I guess I could just try installing on a new save and see how it works before I decide if I want to include in my main playthrough.

@DoktorFar This is a condition programmed into the mod

@NICETRY thanks. But what is the mechanic of not wanting to relieve himself? Is it something you programmed into your mod? Or is it an inherent feature of the game that comes into play that you can't have any influence on?
NICETRY  [author] 22 Dec, 2024 @ 2:54am
@DoktorFar It seems that this misunderstanding arises from the fact that I do not speak English. I use the services of a translator. Yes, your game character can do this anywhere (he doesn't need a toilet item for this), but if he doesn't want to relieve himself, then he can't.

"Your character just doesn't want to go to the toilet yet.".

What does this mean? We play our character, so normally WE are our character. That the character doesn't wants to go to the toilet seems to indicate we are not actually our character, but instead floating up in the air commanding an agent?

Does the character need a toilet or can we defecate/pee anywhere?

@lls5370 I'm sorry, my friend, it's going to take a long time.
