EK2 Tsaescence Overhaul

Description
Updated to 1.15.0.2

Elder Kings 2 Submod:
Adds a character picker that to the Tsaeci consume interaction allowing you to choose who should potentially receive the Tsaescence trait. Eligible characters must follow a religion with the Tsaescence tenant and be non-infirm adults.

To do this you must click on the consume interaction on a prisoner.

I may add more features on request.

I don't think the mod works since i have tried it and the other characters don't get the Tsaescence trait, am i doing something wrong?

Four hundred years extension is the max as i recall. So basically a whole game
