The United Kingdom of Euchronia could be an idea, it's where Metaphor Refantazio is set, and has good leaders for all the ideologies in game, the only issue would be the flag, as I cannot find it online despite their being a visible flag in game

Sorry, i forgot to add them, they will be more available next update and will also come with a new building that lets you make some. I believe Pingu is the only country currently able to mine it. but this shortage will be fixed in the future

what about "special earth resourse"? this thing is not exist for any of your countries, it needs for making drones or smth another, but it not getting for player, maybe for AI too
