Description
Adds a new civic, E-710 dependence. Your pops are much more productive, but require E-710 to work. Without E-710, your economy will collapse.

Adds a new building with jobs: E-710 farms. Farm terminids to get E-710 and common samples(will be used in future mods)

Adds new terminid events: A secret.

Gestalts can no longer use this civic as I could not get it to work with them.

patched civic so it no longer spawns randomly cause AI cannot use it properly.

Resources added to URP. Mod should work now.

Before anyone complains the mod doesn't work. Please subscribe to the prerequisite mod and its prerequisites. Also it will take a few days for URP to add my resources.
