Headlong 2003 but Based

Headlong (2003) but you can Drive (2011).

A recent update to the Digtacular Map Pack had removed the ability to drive the Uberchassis' on the map.
This mod fixes this and adds some other small tweaks to make the map a little more fun to play.

List of changes:
- Uberchassis is now drivable.
- The Mongoose now spawns in a couple of previously barren spots on the map.
- The ghost that spawns under the map has been moved out of purgatory.
- One extra warthog has been added.
- Skybox has been changed to the E3 2003 "arcology" variant. (Pending lightmap changes)
- The Digsite melee combo animations and empty animations have been added for spartan players.
