Changes the boss roar sound to PINGAS. Recommended to use with the Eye of Cthulu to Dr. Pingas boss resource pack.

also i wanted to change some text in game, i have the files from attempting to do this included in the "\Localization" folder (i know its supposed to be in \Content), but trying to use the files crashes the game. if anyone knows what i did wrong with formatting please let me know
