Tier II tome based around Torment suffered by Godir.
Contains Two new units (one is combat summon), demoralizing/distracting spell and enchantment that allows your casters to inflict distracted and icreases their attack against distracted.

The silent One still blacks a number for the percentage damage increase on distracted enemies FYI

Yeah the Avatar of Voices definitely is bugged, they have wayyyy more models than they should have.

"The Silent One" description misses number in it.How much more damage will be done to units with "Distraction"?

Sigh, cant patch tome of voices, needs total remale at this point. Resource editor crashes when i attempt to load file.
