Repacked to make functional

In the mod is a file called meta.cpp In this file is a publishing identification. It needs to have a number. His mod has this instead "publishedid = 0;" This will make it so any server that has this in its mod list, will show up as red because the launcher doesn't have its proper ID hence it doesn't know what to download. I simply repacked with this correct ID.
