Prideful Pepper Flag

Description
Makes the Pepper Flag a little more spicy

Adds a variety of custom sprites for the Pepper Flag, representing different LGBTQ+ flags. When a pepper flag is found, there is a configurable chance for it to replace its sprite with a pride flag. It will then randomly choose between any enabled flags.
