Introduction
Hey all,
I am hunting achievements, cant help myself :) This time I will aim at exploration achievement called "Cosmic Completionist". All you need to do is find all "named places" in the Game. I thought, that it will going to be hard, but its not that, actualy.
(for a better view, just click on a screen. All screns have 1920x1080 resolution)

First part of the guide will be for 1st achievement called - I Come From a Land Up Over.

You will get it for finding all named places on these 3 maps:

Triton Flats
Stanton´s Liver
Serenity´s Waste

I was driving, walking, jumping around, getting killed by turrets, lava or ice for a several of hours and marking all named places on maps. I marked some Vault symbols or some Echos too, but them are not the core of guide.
Anyway, some places are quite tricky, sometimes you need to go inside the building. Still its quite fun to explore. Guide is Work In Progress (WIP) so more content will come in few days.

P.S. sorry for some typos on a map. I have quite bad memory, or at least, it looks like

Serenity´s Waste
Not so many places and quite small map

* Look for hole in a mountain, with a lot of Lava. Jump on a stones nearby and just continue on right side of the cave. After few steps, jump over lava (dmg, is not that huge), jump into hole and you will find Lvl 30 mob (with great drop) and Location
Triton Flats
North part of Triton Flats

*Interviews are always near wrecked vehicle, just look for Echos

Middle part of Triton Flats

*The bottom yelow circle is inside the building

South part of Triton Flats

*Dont get confused by a lot of empty space in middle of a map. Its same section, as I covered in "middle part"
Stanton´s Liver
Qutie small location, without fast travel terminal (which kinda sucks).

Stanton´s Liver North

Stanton´s Liver South

*Dont forget to walk right into the purple portal, in Higgis gully. It will teleport you to parallel dimension ?! Dunno, but you need to discover this place too. Just always walk into the purple portal, bonus in the end is chest which is always nice
Beam me up !
This part is all about your Jurney in space station. Its quite big, with a lot of rooms.
You should find all those places by just doing quest. But, if you missed some by any chance, here is quick guide:

Helios station is composed from these sections:

Hub of Herois
Vein of Helios
R&D Section
Lunar Launching Station
Hub of Heroism

*I am not sure about small underground section, for waste disposal. Anyway, its accesible only during some quest form Nakayama (or Nakajima ?! Oh God, I am like Jacky....)

*One vault symbol is inside the cell
Veins of Helios
A lot of jumping pads, combined with oxygen boost will get you anywhere. Just few places here, for that big open area.

*Remote Access Platform - credit goes to WuJJ
*you need to jump down, to 2nd floor for that Vault symbol
* communication platform It is reachable by jumping on the blue platforms (credit goes to Drex90)

Lunar Launching Station
Quite a lot floors with narrow corridors. Make sure, you peek into everyone

R&D Department & Jack´s Office
There´s a lot to explore, with tons of chests. So its pretty rewarding.

Jack´s Office is unmissable, small area, so, there´s no need for screen. You should got another achievement by this time.

Eridian Explorer
Three quite big maps, with a lot to discover and also a lot to miss (like that 3rd fuse blocked gate, or whatever, some kind of Abracadabra I need..)

This time these three maps are awaiting you:

Outland Canyon
Outland Spur
Vorago Solitude
Outlands Canyon

* For interview Echos look at nearby crashed vehicle and another one is on the table
* Vault symbol is on the Tower´s wall
* Fuse pressure pads are buggy. Sometimes light will stay green, even if you slammed pad correctly. I recomended to use Pad 1, than pad 3 and pad 2 as final pad. If challenge pop-up you did it. And FYI, you got only 3 mins for that
* This is really best place for farming moonstones. Almost every bigger Tork will drop some, Queens dropping at least 5 Moonstones, plus Swagman can get you some too

Outlands Spur
A really big map, but with just few places to discover.

Outlands Spur North Section

Outlands Spur West Section

Outlands Spur East Section

Vorago Solitude
Last location in this guide. Quite big, but also quite empty. Just few named location. Also, where is West pumping station ?!

If you were following this guide. You should have now the Achievment - Eridian Explorer. Looks like, that for Cosmic Completionist you will need also locations from other maps. Well, time to continue than...
Regolith Range
Map with first real Boss - Deadlift. Quite big, just few places to discover here.

Regolith Range North-East

Regolith Range South

*Echo´s with Interview are on buildings or on the top of the wall

Regolith Range North-West

* Just one location, but you can discover it from 2 sides
Crisis Scar

* It´s hard to believe, but no named locations for whole eastern part of map
* Vault symbol is on the roof, while Echo is inside the building. But, same spot, just different floor (for jumping on roof, use generator on the bridge, near powerstation)
Pity´s Fall
Really trick map, with so many floors and stuff to find.

Pity´s Fall South

Pity´s Fall North

*Slam pad will open room under the "Briefing room" with hidden chest
Titan Industrial Facility

* Dont forget to peek inside "Section 13" Its also quest place (quest is obtained from Pickle), quite small and hard to miss anything there
Titan Robot Production Facility

* I think, that all locations are visited during the main quest line, but just in case....
Tycho´s Ribs
Pretty much straightforward location. One jump will get you to room with Claptrap (which is also non-named location, but whatever). You cant miss a thing here

Tycho´s Ribs North

Tycho´s Ribs South

Ending
That´s it,
pretty much ( I will try to do doublecheck, if I missed something...). It took me around 10 hours, with Athena it was quite easy ride. Anyways, research it´s costly, like in real life. I died couple of times, due the missadventure, bad jumps, or thinking, that I need to go there, instead there. Anyway, it was around 65k I think (just sayin´ as a fun fact).

I did not include here Eleseer and Jack´s Office locations. As I mentioned earlier, they are Small or just consisted by one named location. Which is unmissable, in any case. As I said in introduction, I really recomend you to do all quests. If you still missing something, there is my list of most usal missable areas.

Most usual missable areas:

Veins of Helios - Remote Access Platform, Quarantine Area and Communication platform
Titan Industrial Facility - Section 13
Pity´s Fall - Shattered Aft & Crew Quarters
Outlands Canyon - Rabid´s Adams Treasure Trove
Triton Flats - The Teapot
Serenity´s Waste - Pyroclast Grotto
Stanton´s Liver - Pirauds Trutch
Lunar Launching Station - Laser Amplification Nexus
R&D Department - Lab 19 & Weapon assembly
Tycho's Ribs - Compression Chamber
Vorago Solitude - East Pumping Station (you can enter the building even without discovering actual location, quite annoying)

Another useful tips (from Gabatron): If you got all location achievements and you are still missing Cosmic Completionist, try to remember, if you had played any story related mission in coop and you joined that mission in progress. It means, that problably missed some area, that is related to that mission.

FYI I don't think it's featured in this guide, but the last location I was missing was a "Supply Platform" above the "Remote Access Platform" on the map!

Fantastic guide! Thank you! And just a side note for anyone who made a list and checked everything twice & still not popping, make sure you venture all the way into the Sub-Level 13 area. I went there twice & didn't get the achievement, had to go further in & then it popped.

Thank you for this well written guide. The "Most usual missable areas" section helped me out a lot. If anyone is stuck on this achievement, I'd highly recommend starting there.

How ironic that the one that everyone is missing in the guide is still hidden because it is blue
