Description
Adds the Epstein Drive which give ships into high speed maneuverability allowing them to burn to help escape missiles or get powerful rail-guns on target. Not balanced even remotely. Currently has an issue with drives showing no resource, its my first mod hopefully will have fixed.

Components Added (as of now):

Epstein Drive - Powerful Drive
PDC Enhancer - Module which increases traverse rate of all weapons
