Beskrivning
Edits the Vanilla weather system to be more beautiful and varied! Recolored clouds and fog, added varying amounts of clouds to most weathers, wind and clouds in Arm of Okran, ground sand effects to dust storms, changed deadlands rain to black rain, and added fog to misty rain!

Does not add any new types of weathers, change how often they occur, or add sky fog to areas which did not already have it. Simply makes the weathers more dramatic looking and beautiful!

-----Compatibility-----
Highly recommended to be used alongside Particle System Override[www.nexusmods.com] and Reduced Particle Effects to prevent the game from running out of VRAM, this mod is not performance friendly and isn't recommended for low end systems.

Screenshots were taken along with my other mod Mood Shadows, not a requirement but highly recommended!

Incompatible with Darker Nights 3.0 (Adds fog effects to biomes which conflict, does not cause crashes or anything crazy)

-----Permissions-----
Everything in the Mood series is 100% free to modify and incorporate into your own mods. Credit is appreciated <3

Does this add rain to places where it never rains like Flats Lagoon pr Shem?

My bad for the typo

Do you use the see-through rain patch for vain from Particle System Override system?

Thanks for your work on these. I had several unrelated lighting/visual mods trying to play nice for a better visual in the game -- but your collection of "mood" mods seems to pull plenty of the weight on their own.

update: I ran both mods individually and then together in the order recommended by mod author. spawned in the swamp both times. I don't see any conflicts, but that was only at a glance. I've since thought that running both might be kind of redundant to me personally; why change the weather effects with a cool mod just to add another mod that doesn't let me see it as well? but for anyone reading who wants to run both, I didn't have any issues.

compatible with the mod "reduced weather effects"? seeing as they both affect weather effects I'd assume not, but I'm also not too knowledgeable at what could break what.
