Experimental Branch of TanksPV2 (called TanksPV4 in mods) adding a new army Separatist Droid Army

I'll release this as part of the normal TanksPV2 after I give it enough play testing with other people.
Because this is the Alpha for the release, please expect some issues, and it in an unfinished manner.
Any bugs, or issues with play testing let me know in comments and I'll fix for the full release.

A few of the droid vehicles have health bars as I could not figure out how to get them to explode upon death, the heath bars to make sure they can die.If anyone has any ideas let me know. If they don't have health bars their working as intended such as the Spider drone.

There is also no Special tab, as I could not get vehical.inc to work for some reason with this set up, so everything is clustered together into the two squad tabs.

Prices may seem a little now in MP, but mind you there are some funky things happening that makes them less strong, such as a limit to how many times they can be repaired and the fact once the health bar is gone, their done.
