Bill: Russian edition (Remake)

I remember when I did a series of Russian edition reskins in 2022. After 2 years, I have gained experience in modeling, and I would like to present Bill: Russian Edition (Remake)!!!!!
In the comic Bill took his old military uniform. That's why I contaminated Bill's clothes. A bunch of years in the dust the uniform was lying around. I removed some details on the epaulettes and on the cap, these elements were buggy. This mod works with reskins
