Low Particles But With High Limit

Inspired by this amazing mod: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3295801064, LPBWHL mod is for those who dislike midway-disappearing particle, but also think some other detailed particles & effects redundant.
This mod mainly bring particle limit to 50000&25000(2-3 times as vanilla does), and also reduces EVERY DETAILED effects and particles in order to save performance.
This mod can also greatly reduce midway-disappearing smoke in big-scale battle situation like RIS.

Usage: go to video settings and check the particle setting.
