Sunny Ez [v1.2c]

A simple edit of Hard Rain, which I've always disliked because of the loudass storm and pisspoor visibility with backtracking on slow water, absolutely horrendous. This rework is to remedy all that.
The changes other than lighting, included some clean up and reroute to make the path a bit tighter, and the visual is more pleasing (unless you hate the Sun)

Difficulty rating: EZ
Average COOP playtime: 30 minutes (no restart).
Has basic support for Versus (ladders and script), but untested. Please report any bug you find
