Small script to make UZI more similar to MP9

Damage 20 -> 24
Range modifier 0.84 -> 0.7
Cycle time 0.0625 -> 0.055
Clip size 50 -> 30

Upd. Fixed it having limited ammo (thanks to Asura for reporting the issue)

Upd. Now should be HUD compatible, I hope.

this has limited ammo, gotta change the ammo type to pistol.
