Apotheosis: Tweaks

This is a TWEAKED class rework project made originally by Phoenix.
I made a number of edits to version 1.1 of his work (from 2023), I modified the class stats and skills slightly and made the optional bosses more difficult.
This is for users who don't like his newer version of Apotheosis and want a more "Vanilla" version of his Vanilla+ mod. I personally have no issue with his current edits but that's just me.
This should work as is. Keep in mind I haven't played Crystal Project since last year so I'm behind on the changes to the base game.
