Reworked Engines and Gearbox for all SCS Trucks

Description
Mod was tested in version 1.50.2.3.

This mod replaces all original engines and all 6-speed and 12-speed gearboxes.

Impruvements:

- better gear ration
- engine speed limit up to 2500 RPM or 3000 RPM depending on the maximum RPM on dashboard of each truck
- more realistic fuel consumption
- the engine torque has been reduced to keep the maximum power of the engine with the original one.
