In case you are curious why there is a lot of Richter levels I've been doing. It's because Richter is currently the best stand in for Eliot the White rat my own hotline character, these levels are all apart of Eliot's story line in the hotline Miami universe, and Richter is the best person to play, anytime there is other levels, I mostly used other characters if needed if I want access to dodger type enemies. or other factions, just know that canonically Eliot goes through all these.
