I am not very good with texture work, so I am not sure I would be able to accomplish your desired appearance, however, you might be able to get something that you are shooting for with very minor adjustments using RFPM. No real modding experience is required.

Navigate to the following DB table of my main mod:

db/factions_tables/cats_fay_folk_of_athel_loren

There are columns designated for primary and secondary uniform colors. Currently, they are both green (for all wood elf sub-factions). Double click them to change to your hearts desired and copy/paste as needed. That will hopefully generate your desired autumnal colors.

Neat! You know how your main mod made all Wood Elves green, could I commission you for a version that makes them all have autumnal colors? You'd be welcome to share it as an alternate version/sub mod/not exclusive to me.
