I think it's possible that as a character you previously paralyzed/handcuffed was bleeding out, it gave you the "Torturer" affliction and you mistook breaking an object as a cause
1. What object specifically causes this issue?
2. Try playing with only this mod and see if the issue still occurs
I couldn't get the issue to happen on my end, so that info would be helpful
Also could you explain what the bug is with neurotrauma? Although fixing specific mod compatibility issues is not a priority.
-Can be gained at L4+ of the Hinamizawa Infection
-Will allow you to prevent suicide on the Final Stage, as long as you have the affliction (it decays over time)
-You can increase the affliction by torturing humans in a specific way instead of just killing them
-Must be either Handcuffed or Paralyzed, then have damage inflicted on them. The longer the victim takes to die, the stronger the affliction becomes
-Added "Ceremonial hoe" item
-Can be used to Disembowel Stunned and Paralyzed humans by L4 and above infected, instantly granting +60 torturer strength
-Crafted with 2 steel
