Lead Pencil in left eye

Description
I found it weird how the Lead Pencil makes it so Isaac only fires from his right eye while stabbing into his right eye, so I flipped the sprites. Now the Pencil is in his left eye, just like with the Stapler.

isnt the whole point that he fires it from the eye its stabbed into. cuz. yknow. its bleeding
