Effected stats:

Moral
Melee attack
melee defense

For ranged units same as above plus:

Accuracy
Reload time

this mod gives too much morale to units, can you release a toned down version?

这个mod使经验丰富的单位很重要，给他们更多的统计数据，因为他们在队伍中进步。
影响统计数据:士气 近身攻击 近战防御
远程单位与上述相同，加上：精度 重新加载时间:steamthumbsup::steamthumbsup:

Warhammer has a really cool version that improves the combat alot, but it also makes the exp required to rank up significantly higher slowing down the progress but making it feel more meaningful when they actually did rank up.

it also helped balance things because the AI could still rank up units with their in built buffs
