hm I don't have this mod installed but my skin titan and guilliman can use the upgrade modules . maybe you have a different mod that conflicts with it?

So, now holy nation hates all species of sheks, elders, skeletons. In base version all new species are just human and that was strange.. And Upgrade modules added by the mod could previously only be used on skeletons from the vanilla game, now skeletons added by the Legendary of Kenshi mod can also use them.
