The problem is that the mod ships without all the required files. You can fix this by adding these files yourself manually:
Find the folder where steam puts mods. For me, this mod is in C:\Games\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\1511460\3297504534. If you find a folder containing MoreDistributionStorage.dll then you've come to the right place.
Next download one of my mods that ships the missing files, for example "Release All Trucks". No need to actually use it, just subscribe to get the files.
After the mod was downloaded, it should be in a parallel folder to the one with MoreDistributionStorage. From my mod, copy these files into the broken mod:
- Mono.Cecil.dll
- MonoMod.Backports.dll
- MonoMod.Core.dll
- MonoMod.ILHelpers.dll
- MonoMod.Utils.dll
(Everything that starts with Mono)
Now you should be able to start and load a game More Distribution Storage.
Do you have this problem with new game (if so, which map) or when loading an existing city? Or both?
Consider adding them to https://www.nexusmods.com/infraspace as well if you want to share it with non-Steam players. All you have to do is zip your mod folder as it sits in the mods directory.
