RimImmortal-Core 1.0 official release! Welcome players to subscribe to the official version, remember not to activate the old beta version mod at the same time!



Thank you for subscribing our mod - RimImmortal-Core! This is a mod that brings Chinese cultivation system to the Rimworld. From the beginning of get energy root, continuously upgrade, until immortal...there is a complete line of cultivation!
Each cultivator will find Initial approach and learn a variety of skills!
* Tutorial for beginners, which can be found in the RimImmortal Technology panel.

Start from obtaining the spiritual roots, meditate and practice, break through the realm, and gradually reach a higher realm!

QA:
——How do I start practicing?
——Choose a new start, or get a spirit bud (by whatever method), then implant it in yourself, or trade it to get Qingming tree seeds.

——Why can't I find a few books?
——Find book in the Grave Quest. This will only be a small problem in the core, and the subsequent mod will immediately make up for this problem.

——Why is there so little content?
——This is still a mod under development. Our team has spent most of its time writing a new cultivation system. The system is basically complete, and the next step is to add content.

——Why are there so many bugs?
——This is still a mod under development, and conflicts with other mods are inevitable. Please submit bugs in the discussion area, preferably with screenshots and descriptions.

——Why is there no word like "Golden Elixir"?

Known issues:
1. Do not add the Spiritual Vein Revival event to the Ice Cap scenario. The Ice Cap does not have any dirt to refresh, which will cause the event to not refresh.
2. If you encounter a problem that you cannot break through, use the developer mode to modify all the cultural rituals and then reload.
3. This mod requires three DLCs as support, using the Imperial Power skill system, the Biological Mechanic Implantation System, and the Cultural Ritual System. Please bear with me.

当使用Character Editor存取修仙殖民者的时候,生成的殖民者的气槽容量似乎会倒退回到筑基期水平,而且先天功法会隐藏起来用不了,想问问在长期会考虑一下改善Character Editor方面的兼容吗:steamsad:

内丹系的地雷技能好像和原版成就扩展有冲突,放地雷炸死一定数量的敌人之后VAE无限检测成就导致小人卡行为,移除VAE就正常了。

Another thing I've wondered is why the spirit constraint rank loses all blood pumping, filtration etc bonuses

Is there any reason this mod still erroneously calls Immortals "Immorals"? It'll also sometimes still call Cultivators "Cultivate", but that's of lesser significance than implying all immortals are immoral, I think!

the problem isn't the skill it's things like casting time, the effects on ongoing psychic hediffs, the way it could be toggled in response to opposing psycasts because THEY have casting time, plus some weirdnesses because "remove a hediff that's giving u buffs and then replace it with a different hediff" takes nonzero time in rimworld's engine and that means there's a very small moment where ur pawn might drop below 0% consciousness or something.

it's not impossible to do, but it's not as easy as just making the button appear :p

how so? you'd just add a skill to toggle it at whatever grade your current cultivation realm is, by adding a different version of the cultivation realm's health status effect?

I think thats a rimworld update we do need though, split psychic sensitivity, as advanced psycasters should also be able to resist lower psycasters.

if i were to attempt to "fix it", i would add techniques or elixirs at various levels of cultivation to lower or raise psychic sensitivity as needed, so a cultivator can "open their mind" to strike out mentally, or "raise their defences" by shutting down their own psychic abilities and sensitivity as needed.

but that's surprisingly annoying both to code and to use well lol

it's kind of a rimworld base problem

if you're the legendary West River Dragon Immortal and you've been honing your mind through internal focus and have a body of iron, you should probably be able to resist Billy Novice, newbie psycaster, and his attempt to make you scared using his Fear powers or whatever right?

in basic rimworld, you can only affect psychic sensitivity for this stat. There's no ability to resist psychic drones or push back mental assaults that is not governed by this trait.

So you have to choose - do cultivators instantly fold to psycasters, but are themselves the best psycasters? Or do they resist psychic powers, but lose the ability to develop them alongside spiritual techniques? You can't have both.

Mod creator chose one of these. if you'd like to choose the other, here's a mod:

As Renix said, I'm very confused on why psychic sensitivity is reduced as opposed to increased. I'm assuming that's just an error on one the creator's part, but if you could fix it, that would be fantastic.
