M1 Garand for Military Sniper

Description
Replaces military sniper with an M1 Garand. Uses LE37's Garand model, which can be found here if you are interested: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2612060140
This mod adds better sounds and a new script in addition to the model.

Weapon changes:
Increased damage and accuaracy.
Higher fire rate.
Quicker reload.
8 round clip.
