No Suit Slowdown

Description

Diving suits dont slow you down anymore! You can walk/run with Diving Suits like normal.

Useful for small crews with big submarines!

Doesnt work with modded suits!

Let me know if you have any suggestions or find any bugs/errors.

Didnt test it in a while but it must be working, if you see any problems with the mod let me know. I'll try to fix it.

Oops nvm, I had another mod running that was probably overriding it or something (It was some diving suit light adjustment mod)

No it doesnt affect swimming speed.
