Survivor Bot AI Devolution

Makes the AI of the survivor bots worse. They are now much less helpful, and significantly more frustrating to play with.

- Bots can deal friendly fire, and will not try to avoid shooting you
- Bots will take much longer to react to threats, especially if you're pinned
- Bots will lag behind and spread out over a very wide area
- Bots will ignore threats beyond medium range and are generally less perceptive
- Bots can pick up melees, but can't use them properly
- Bots can't shove
- Bots can't use upgrades
- Bots will prioritise healing themselves
- Bots will keep their flashlights on at all times
