Reskins the Combine Soldier, Combine Shotgunner. Combine Elite, Combine Prison Guard and Zombine to have black body armor.

+Added a black armor combine prison guard reskin

I just dont like that the vest was camouflaged. It felt like it belonged to the pre-release combines with their camouflaged arm and thigh pads.

Also it "Fixes" a weird thing with the Combine Soldier Right Arm. There was like a blue spot that looked like the body armor wasnt fully connected, And makes the white shirt seen under the armor be gray, Slightly darkens the helmets and Makes the Boots Darker.
