Tweaks the game's difficulty to be slightly easier by adjusting some global variables. The overall goal being to ease the difficulty curves between zones, providing a more enjoyable experience that requires less min-maxing of XP gains. Additionally, this adjustment aims to make less optimal runs more enjoyable overall without causing players to out scale the game too dramatically.

Changes made by this mod include:
Increased XP Share range to 9999 tiles
Increased XP gain by 65%
Decreased weight impact on speed by 30%
Increased player max speed by 30%
Increased friendly NPC spawn rate by 30%
