Visible Audio Cues is a tiny game modification for The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth that adds UI indicators for events represented with sound cues only. It is designed to improve accessibility for hearing-impaired players and players with the game muted.

hearing impaired is absolutely not a slur??? I get you want people to use other terms but even the page there is saying it's not malicious. Stop trying to shame people.

I was walking impaired due to an ankle injury for awhile, should I cry for the crime of offending myself with a word that isn't even offensive?

No it isnt lol, stop being a baby. over 100 countries use the term hearing impaired and nobody has an issue but you. Softening the facts with the sugaring of words does nothing. Impaired isnt a bad word also...
