UK Level Crossing Tracks

Description
A special track with a level crossing texture based off the ones seen across the UK, able to go across any road at any angle.
Maximum speed is 200km/h, equivalent to 125mph.

With thanks to MissCatTrap for allowing me to use her track pack mod as a base.
