Depending on the player’s style, the game can become easier or harder.

When a horde event occurs, at least 160 infected will attack. Does that seem like too few? The number of infected wandering the map has increased more than fourfold, so be careful of Boomers that might be among them.

The Bile Bomb attracts more zombies when used, except during forced horde events or player mistakes (like car alarms). It’s recommended to use it only at crucial moments.

You can clear most addon campaigns even with this mod applied. Military Industrial Complex II is which has many forced horde events, but I was able to clear on my first attempt

• The number of infected roaming the map has fourfold.
  
• Random hordes no longer occur, but there are still car alarms and boomers vomit.
  
• The movement speed of common infected has slightly decreased(-15%)
  
• The HP of common infected has been reduced by 15%.
  
• To ensure smoother gameplay, the maximum number of infected spawned at once is restricted to 100. However, it's likely that you'll see more infected than this limit.
