@Catte (OB) Due to how the game works, you can't really do this. You'd need a separate mod which individually goes through every focus and gets rid of the "mutually exclusive with x" tag. You can't exactly 'fix' that, so I would look elsewhere

How to combine with one day focus:
1. Open Console
2. type "Focus.autocomplete"
3. Enjoy
