Libratum S1 [OLD PHYSICS]

Description
!! FIRST VIDEO AND IMAGES OF THE CAR ARE OUTDATED AND ARE NOT REPRESENTATIVE OF THE CURRENT VERSION !!

don't let the statistics fool you.

The name translated from Latin means "balanced", and you'll see why it's called that when you try it out or read this description.

You see, this car is very unconventional. Instead of powering the wheels, it powers the two propellers in the back. It also turns unconventionally because instead of only turning the wheels it also has a spinning weight to help turning (also called a reaction wheel and is an actual real thing in real life used for example in the ISS for turning). this car has several major advantages against other designs:

1. versatility: no matter if on asphalt or gravel, it's gonna have very similar turning characteristics.
2. compactness: You don't need a gearbox for powering propellers
3. cornering: This car corners very well. Additionally, accelerating while turning doesn't hinder your cornering with this car but rather actually helps it corner better.
4. acceleration: accelerates well (can reach 300 km/h very quickly)
5. top speed: I don't even know anymore

This car fails in this regard in comparison to other designs:

1. Offroad capability: any bump in the road may damage the propeller
2. Drivability: The insane acceleration together with the super sensitive steering requires you to have some experience in driving already
3. Fear factor: You can drive this car very well and fast and corner at insane speeds but your heart is gonna kill you
4. Brakes: The brakes suck. The only brakes is the reverse thrust on the propellers, which sucks ass and pulls you backwards so it hinders cornering

known issues:
- When you drive very fast and suddenly you try to brake, the propeller falls apart because the downforce at high speed is so high that the wheels are quarter the way in the ground and when you brake the propellers reverse their thrust, which pulls the car backward and smashes the propellers into the ground (affected speeds: over 360 km/h on flat ground, may vary depending on the road geometry.)

What you'll also see in the statistics of the car is that it also only has 27 horsepower. Which wouldn't make sense because like, the propellers need power, don't they? Well that's where you're wrong, in this game at least, because the game doesn't take into account the weight of what is connected on the hinge connectors nor the drag that is generated on the parts there. So, we could say, that we're exploiting the physics engine in order to hit speeds which should not be possible with much a car. All this is also why this car is called balanced. Because it shows that even screw drivers is a perfectly balanced game if you know what I mean ;). Though why in Latin? Because if you translate anything to Latin it sound 10 times as cool and great and stuff. Don't believe me? Translate "sucks ass" into Latin. There you go, you made your worst design sound cool.

Anyways, enjoy the car, or plane, or hydrofoil, or Terrafoil, okay let's call it a Terrafoil.

Enjoy your Terrafoil!

Oh wait and if you want to retrofit it and repost it, just link this item in the description
And if you want to use it in a video, mention the item by linking it too.

Note: Devs patched my Pumpelwagen. Only works with old physics now. This is tragic. Possibly worst thing to happen ever since lance stroll took to the track.
