Vassal Rooms

Description
A simple mod that grants access to the specialized vassal diplomacy rooms when making your own empire.

These rooms include:
Scholarium
Bulwark
Prospectorium

This was made in the same way as my other mods, with the assets already existing in game, all I've done is make them selectable. This mod is achievement compatible.

I agree with Harvatos, and It would be cool if we could get one mod which enables all rooms instead of having to do it manually through the files (which I helped write the wiki page on because it's so annoying lmao)

Haha, when I have some time I can look into it. There are a lot more rooms that could be added (ones I mostly haven't considered because a lot of them don't have windows) but I'll have to consider how I'd want to group them...

Very nice! Now, if we could have one for fallen empire rooms and other factions (looking at you, Caravanserai), that would be amazing 😉
