Description
Adds 5 new focuses for Kaiserreich's Manchu Coup tree for the Qing dynasty, unlocked after the NCERA successfully democratises the empire in time for the June 1940 elections. In this sub-branch, the NCERA can interact with the Democracy and Science Forum as coalition partners, just like the Zongshe Dang and YCP. Also some new and/or improved ideas and tweaks to existing Qing events.

Essentially it's conditional late-game wholesome-maxing, kinda like Ukraine's Young Hetman branch, and the Kingdom of Poland's Constitutionalist Coalition focus.
